B&H Photo – Really Impressed With Prices and Service
Over the past month, I’ve made a few purchases at B&H Photo, the most recent being a Panasonic 50″ Plasma TV. I have to say, I’m really impressed with them. First off, the prices for both items were the lowest there than I had found anywhere else – even including Amazon.
What I am also really impressed with, is their shipping times. The first item was purchased on Monday night, was shipped out on Wednesday, and I received the item on Thursday.
The TV was even more impressive. I ordered it this past Sunday, and got a phone call on Monday morning asking if I wanted them to deliver it between 2pm – 7pm, or 5pm – 10pm. THAT DAY. Talk about incredible. I chose between 2pm – 7pm, and by the middle of the afternoon had my TV.
They also had free white glove delivery, meaning not only was it delivered to my house, but they brought it in, took it out of the box, and placed it on the TV stand.
I had never ordered from B&H before this month, but I have to say that if I’m going to be buying something electronic, I’ll definitely be checking them out as one of my first stops.
