This is also a great time to remind everyone that giving someone a gift – or showing someone you love them doesn’t have to cost much at all. I know Valentine’s Day is all about buying way too expensive flowers and chocolates, but you can give your loved one a much more meaningful gift that costs a lot less!
You can give them a nice letter, telling them exactly why you love them, and what they mean to you. You can set aside time to spend with them, doing something together that you both enjoy. Let’ s face it. When was the last time you both had time to do something just for yourselves? Maybe you can play a board game that you haven’t played in ages, or go for a hike if you both enjoy that.
